Terms of Use

By accessing or using AParcels ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

AParcels provides parcel tracking information using APX tracking numbers. You may use the Service solely for the purpose of tracking parcels associated with your orders. You must not:

  • Attempt to access tracking information that does not belong to you
  • Use automated tools, bots or scripts to query the tracking system in bulk
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or replicate the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure

Tracking accuracy

AParcels displays tracking information sourced from carrier and logistics networks. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of tracking data. Delivery events may be delayed by up to 24 hours during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Limitation of liability

AParcels is a tracking information service only. We are not a carrier, courier or logistics provider and we do not handle, ship or deliver parcels. We accept no liability for delayed, lost, damaged or undelivered parcels. For all delivery issues, disputes or claims, please contact the seller or marketplace through which you placed your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AParcels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
